Service Inventory Notes

In Cimpl, each service record has a field into which notes can be entered. The Service Inventory Notes section is where you can see a list of all the notes that have been created and stored for the services in your inventory. It is also where you can manage these notes.

To open Service Inventory Notes section, click Inventory > Service Inventory Notes.

• Add a Service Inventory Note.
• Filter and search service inventory notes.
• Edit service inventory notes.

Note: You cannot create notes in the Service Inventory Note section. This can only be done in the Inventory Management section while in an inventory item.
